These Terms govern your use of the website at datasupernovacorp.com and any messaging services operated by Data Supernova Inc. ("Data Supernova," "we," "us"). By using this site or receiving messages from us, you agree to them.

1. About this site

This site describes Data Supernova's consulting services. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to perform work, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

2. Engagements

Consulting work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, covering scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual property, and warranties. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Messaging terms

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, the following apply:

• Messages relate to the service you contacted us about — scheduling, status updates, replies, and follow-up on requests you initiated.
• Message frequency varies with your activity; typically fewer than ten messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or engagement.

How we handle mobile numbers is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or those of others, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this site are owned by Data Supernova Inc. or its licensors. You may view and share the pages, but may not reproduce substantial portions or present them as your own without written permission. Ownership of work product created during an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

6. Disclaimers

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Supernova Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability arising from the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Liability arising under a signed engagement agreement is governed by that agreement.

8. Third-party links

This site may link to resources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
